The communication with the staff was excellent. They were very helpful, providing information promptly and assisting with arranging late check-in. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided useful tips for getting around the city. the room was cozy and clean, and the decor was lovely.

The location was a bit isolated, and there weren't many restaurants or shops nearby. I had to rely on taxis to get to the more popular areas of the city.

The staff were very accommodating and sweet. They even held our luggage after checkout so we could explore for a few more hours. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and the breakfast was filling.

The area around the hotel was not ideal for tourists as there were limited dining and entertainment options nearby. , the mosquitoes were a real issue as we kept getting bitten despite the provided insect repellent.

The surrounding area of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with hardly any shops or eateries in the vicinity. guests have complained about the mosquito problem in the rooms, despite the presence of repellents. Although the staff is cordial and the rooms are clean, the absence of an extra mirror outside the bathroom is definitely a disadvantage.

The hotel lacks the promised inviting and cozy atmosphere and to add to it, the table and chairs present in the courtyard photographs were nowhere to be found.
